The Problem

Approach
We conducted an extensive audit of all existing products, identifying common patterns and documenting inconsistencies. This research informed our component library architecture and governance model.
The System
We built a comprehensive system including: 150+ production-ready components, detailed usage guidelines, accessibility standards, code snippets, design tokens for theming, and Figma component library with variants.
Impact
The design system reduced design time by 60% and development time by 40%. All 12 products successfully migrated within 9 months. The system now serves 85 designers and 200 developers across the organization.
